Research on the Personal Knowledge Management Based on Mashup Social Software

The thesis firstly researches on the natural links between social software and Personal Knowledge Management(PKM) and discusses how social software promotes PKM.Then,According to analyzing knowledge conversion model,a new method which can evaluate knowledge conversion ability by a square is proposed in the paper.The square is divided into four parts,and each part separately represents socialization,externalization,combination and internalization,and makes grey value filled in each part means the conversion capacity.Most social software is evaluated by the square grey model and the model of Knowledge Spiral influenced by social software is given in the paper.Finally,the paper using the current design of the popular Mashup technology to PKM system,and gives an application example.The results show that Mashup social software is indeed an effective personal knowledge management program.
