Application Study of Shot Peening Process on Parts Surface

Experimental case of pump components for improving surface strength effect by shot peening was introduced in the paper.Pressure stress of component surface and depth of pressure stress layer were improved effectively,and fatigue strength and reliability were enhanced too with optimized shot peening strengthening equipment,material,process parameters and polisher after shot peening treatment.
