Lectotype designation of Desfontaines’s name Cistus heterophyllus and its hybrid C. ×clausonii (Cistaceae)

The Desfontaines’s name Cistus heterophyllus is discussed and lectotypified on a specimen preserved at P (Museum national d’Histoire naturelle, Paris). In addition, the lectotype of its hybrid C. ×clausonii (C. heterophyllus × C. albidus) is designated from the original material preserved at MPU (Institut de Botanique, Universite de Montpellier II).
