The utility model discloses an automatic/manual switching device of an electric actuating mechanism, wherein a duplex gear, a gear, an overrunning clutch and a hand wheel component are sleeved in sequence on an output shaft; a planetary gear frame is connected with the output shaft through a spline, the planetary gears on a planetary gear frame are engaged with the duplex gear and the gear; the big gear wheel of the duplex gear is engaged with a gear shaft; a limit-torque machine is arranged on the side of the overrunning clutch, and a convex claw is arranged between the overrunning clutch anda driving plate connected with the hand wheel component. The utility model has the benefits that because the two-way overrunning clutch is connected to the actuating mechanism, when the actuating mechanism is operated electrically, the roller in a clutch clamps an inner ring and an outer ring on the outer side of a wedge-shaped groove, when the mechanism is operated manually the convex claw drives the roller to loosen the inner and outer rings, so as to rotate in the same direction, and the ranges of the speed and the torque of the actuating mechanism become wider; the manual operation requires no human-performing operation, which improves the working efficiency of the on-site technicians.
