The invention discloses an oil-gas well downhole optical fiber temperature and pressure test instrument. The test instrument comprises an optical fiber, a conveying cable, a rope socket and two temperature and pressure test devices, wherein the rope socket and the temperature and pressure test devices are sequentially connected through steel pipes. Carbon fiber elastomers are arranged in the temperature pressure test devices and provided with temperature-sensing elements and pressure-sensing elements. The optical fiber is embedded into the upper ends of the carbon fiber elastomers and connected with the temperature-sensing elements and the pressure-sensing elements. The conveying cable is embedded into the lower ends of the carbon fiber elastomers in a penetrating mode. Three segments of annular cavities are formed between the temperature and pressure test devices and the carbon fiber elastomers. The ends of the annular cavities in the two ends are provided with openings and internally provided with filling rubber. The annular cavity in the middle is a sealed cavity and forms a pressure sensing cavity. The pressure sensing cavity is communicated with the outside. The pressure-sensing elements are located in the pressure sensing cavity. By means of the oil-gas well downhole optical fiber temperature and pressure test instrument, temperature and pressure test of a high-temperature high-pressure oil-gas well can be well solved, meanwhile the reserved conveying cable can hang a traditional electric method logging instrument, and more parameters can be measured.
