A Training Mode of Engineering Application-oriented Talent in Electronics Information Engineering

In order to improve students' application ability in engineering, the training method is analyzed from four aspects: cultivating professional philosophy of students, reforming the curriculum system and teaching methods in classroom or practice, and mining the relation between major courses and the professional ability of students. Practices for students of Electronics Information Engineering in an Independent Institute show that this method may make students clearly to know their own learning objective in each phase and also effectively enhance their learning initiative, which greatly improve the learning efficiency and effectiveness.
