Fiabilización del cuestionario adaptado de motivación para el trabajo para enfermos mentales crónicos

Chronically mentally ill have particular difficulties and needs connected with their psychiatric and social characteristics. Labor integration provides autonomy, independence and social integration of anyone rehabilitation centers are resources provided by the "program of social services alternative to psychiatric institutionalization" of the community of Madrid. The goal is to provide users with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to appropriately cope with work environment. A requirement to access to this resource is to have an appropriate level of motivation for work integration. The intervention attempts to increase this motivation. However, the literature lacks good measurement instruments adapted to mentally il people. This paper describes the "adapted work motivation questionnaire" attempted to fill this gap.
