Rewards and Benefits

In this chapter we will explore the benefits of a community way of working and the rewards it can bring. We will look at this from the perspective of you as the community initiator and from the standpoint of community members. And finally we will consider what the wider organization can gain by supporting an initiative to launch workplace communities.
