Анализ использования текстильных фильтров, применяемых при очистке воздуха от пыли

In article questions of influence of framework of textile filters on forming of a dust layer and process of air filtration from a dust are considered. It is noticed that along with a filter dam board from a textile fibrous material in the course of air filtration from a dust the dust deposit formed in the form of dendrites on a surface of the filter takes part also. Thus efficiency of air filtration from a dust and rate of hydraulic resistance of filter dam boards from textile materials is defined by their framework (incipient porosity and air permeability), and also a kind of used fibers. Results theoretical and experimental researches, utilisations of twistings of closed framework on holey wire (mesh) hackberries prove higher efficiency of air filtration from a dust at smaller pressure difference on the filter, and, hence, and smaller power inputs in comparison with other textile canvases.
