Термин в научном дискурсе

The paper deals with the problem of the existence of a term in the system of scientific terminology and in a scientific discourse, the two being differing environments which affect the term’s stability and variability in different ways. Some shifts in meaning and functions of linguistic terms under the influence of the scientific discourse are discussed.
