The utility model relates to a medical instrument and provides a surgical line-arranging device. The surgical line-arranging device is mainly applied to the tension traction of the petal-exchanging lines in the heart valve replacement of the department of cardiac surgery and the tension traction of various suture lines in other surgical operations. The surgical line-arranging device comprises a hard shell and an elastic rubber, wherein at least one stretching hole is formed on an upper surface of the hard shell; at least one bulge is arranged on the elastic rubber; the elastic rubber is located in the hard shell; the quantity of the bulge is consistent with the quantity of the stretching hole; the bulge is blocked in the stretching hole; clearances are arranged between left and right two sides of the bulge and the stretching hole; a line-arranging instrument is formed by one stretching hole and the bulge blocked in the stretching hole; a double sticky tape is arranged at the bottom of the hard shell; and during a use process, the surgical line-arranging device is easily and fixedly stuck to the periphery of an operation incision by the double sticky tape. During an operation process, the petal-exchanging lines or the other suture lines are directly and easily clamped in the clearances between the hard plastics and the elastic rubber of the line-arranging device; the use is convenient; the fixing is reliable; the operation time is obviously shortened; and the surgical operation is convenient to perform.
