Механізм реалізації соціальної функції української держави у сфері охорони дитинства

The article analyzes public and social mechanism of childhood protection in Ukraine in the context of the social function of the state. It is concluded that the mechanism has all branches of the state power, but his signifi cant disadvantage is the weakness of court protection of the child.
