UAV Task Allocation Based on Behavioral Mechanisms of Wolf-Pack Hunting Strategies

2021
Wolf-pack Hunting algorithm is applied to solve unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) cooperative multi-task assignment problem (CMTAP). This article firstly introduces the wolf pack agent model, then solves the problem through the wolf pack’s labor division mechanism, and lists the steps of target allocation. According to the characteristics of CMTAP, The UAVs constantly searches the mission map and assigns tasks through multiple iterations. The strategy for construction of problem solution improve the performance of algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the algorithm in dealing with large-scale allocation problems.
