The invention belongs to the technical field of accelerators and in particular to a method and a device for high homogenization of beams. A magnetic field of which the direction periodically rotationally changes along the time is generated by a wobbling magnet, so that the beams passing through the magnetic field periodically rotate so as to be superposed into a long-radius beam of which the middle is uniformly distributed, and peripheral heterogeneous beams are removed by a collimator. The key of the method and the device for high homogenization of the beams is that: the magnitude of magnetic field in the wobbling magnet is controllable, so that the offset of the beams in the rotating process is variable and the spiral rotary superposition of the beams is realized. Through the method and the device for high homogenization of the beams, large homogeneous beams are obtained by using multi-superposition of the beams with small beam spots and the defect that the beams can be superposed only once in the prior art is overcome. Meanwhile, the spiral wobbling magnet has simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
