Aspects actuels de l'endocardite infectieuse: à propos de 53 observations

Fifty-three consecutive cases of infective endocarditis reported from january 1983 to december 1990 were retrospectively studied. Results showed an older age than previously reported and higher frequency of digestive portal of entry and D bovis streptococci, frequently associated with colic tumor.
