Influences of Ti4+ ion on dielectric property in perovskite structure of La ferrite (LaFe1-XTiXO3)

abstract The transition metals Ti-doped LaFeO3 is prepared by Microwave sintered techniques for different concentration (X = 0, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6) the aqueous materials involved Lanthanum Nitrate, Ferric nitrate and used urea as a fuel additive. The synthesized sample LaFeO3 and LaFe1-XTiXO3 nanoparticle have been characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis for the phase formation. Dielectric properties were represented in Dielectric constant, Dielectric loss, AC Conductivity, Impedance studies, Cole-Cole plots were analysed for the prepared nanoparticles for different frequencies at various temperatures. The dielectric properties as a purpose of frequency at low temperatures propose the occurrence of polarization in the samples owing to the electron hopping amid Fe3+ and Fe4+ ions.
