The present research work, which is entitled "MARKETING PLAN FOR THE MICROENTERPRISE OF SERVICES AND SALE OF ELECTRIC REPLACEMENT OF THE CITY OF FRANCISCO DE ORELLANA, PERIOD 2016", is done with the purpose of improving the commercial and competitive position Of the company "ELECTROCAR", in a way that facilitates the institution to face the inconvenient counterparts it is experiencing, the lack of knowledge of new strategies to increase sales levels, thus reaching the objectives set for a certain time, This project will allow to counteract the problem by making use of both material and technological resources in an optimal way, so that it can count on the best quality products at convenient prices and early attention, thus satisfying the different needs of both internal and In order to identify the problem, different surveys were carried out on internal and external clients, obtaining significant results, in which it was known that 55% of the population surveyed considered that the advertising management currently handled by the Electrocar micro-enterprise did not Is adequate, 61% say they do not agree with the values assigned to each product, 37% indicate that customer service should be improved while 42% of customers say that they should improve product stock, 92% stated that the micro-enterprise Electrocar should efficiently structure a marketing plan in order to get to know more and therefore increase its customers, likewise the manager was able to indicate that this company does not have a plan of Marketing, he indicated that the objectives are short-term, since so far has not been successful in sales, nor the positioning expected in the market, therefore it comes to the conclusion that the company must Create and implement a marketing plan in order to have a better business position.
