The Qualified Military Available Projection System. Volume I. Overview and Detailed Methodology.

Abstract : Volume I details the methodology used to estimate and project Qualified Military Available (QMA) populations by race, sex, education, mental group, and geographical boundaries. The QMA is the population of 17-21-year-old persons who have no prior military service and who are physically and mentally qualified for such services.
