The invention relates to a sealing structure and an electric pile of a liquid flow battery. The sealing structure of the liquid flow battery comprises a first battery anode liquid flow frame and a second battery cathode liquid flow frame which are adjoined; a groove is arranged at the outer joint of the first battery anode liquid flow frame and the second battery cathode liquid flow frame; a seal ring is embedded in the groove; the depth of the groove is less than the thickness of the seal ring, and the section of the seal ring adopts an inversed U-shaped groove structure; the opening of a U-shaped groove of the seal ring faces a liquid flow field reaction area, and upper protruded strips and lower protruded strips are respectively arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface in the U-shaped groove; a two-polar plate is arranged between the upper protruded strips and lower protruded strips in the U-shaped groove, and the distance between the upper protruded strips and the lower protruded strips is slightly less than the thickness of the two-polar plate; and the first battery anode liquid flow frame and the adjacent second battery cathode liquid flow frame are locked through an end plate bolt. The electric pile of the liquid flow battery comprises a plurality of liquid flow batteries which are in series connection; and the liquid flow battery seal structure is adopted between the first battery anode liquid flow frame and the adjacent second battery cathode liquid flow frame of each liquid flow battery.
