System for monitoring loads of multirope friction hoist based on wireless transmission

According to mine actual conditions,the paper introduced a system for monitoring loads of multirope friction hoist based on wireless transmission.This system monitored actual hoist loads with oil pressure sensors,data acquisition device,wireless transmitting module and LabView master computer,so as to judge whether the tension difference among steel ropes was beyond the limit,the hoist was overloaded and the unloading was complete as well as alarm signal was issued as error happens,which can offer numerical judge basis for hoist drivers and the overhauling personnel,so as to avoid accidents such as the great tension difference among steel ropes,overload hoisting or recurred loading.
