The invention belongs to the technical field of the combination of micro-electronic and electronic information and geographic information, and particularly relates to a mobile device communication coordinate encrypting method based on a GIS platform. The method includes the following steps of compiling and deploying server codes at the rear end of the GIS platform, encrypting and decrypting power grid resource geographic coordinate information according to received power grid device geographic coordinate information, converting geographic coordinate data into text-format data capable of being inputted into a cell phone through short messages, sending the encrypted power grid device geographic coordinate information to a mobile GIS platform terminal through the cell phone short messages, pushing cell phone short message data from the rear end of the GIS platform to the front end of the GIS platform, and monitoring events at the front end of the GIS platform. The encrypting algorithm is adopted for data transmitted in a dispatching data network, and therefore the privacy, integrity and non-arbitrary-tempering performance of power communication data are ensured.
