The invention discloses a glass substrate and organosilicon compounded Fresnel lens or lens array and a preparation method thereof. The glass substrate and organosilicon compounded lens or lens array provided by the invention is characterized by comprising a substrate (1), wherein one side of the substrate (1) is provided with a Fresnel lens or a Fresnel lens array (2), the substrate (1) is made of high-transmittance glass, and the Fresnel lens or the Fresnel lens array (2) is made of transparent organosilicon gel or organosilicon rubber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials; (2) coating lens materials; (3) compounding; and (4) demolding. The lens or lens array the invention has the following beneficial effects: the high-transmittance glass is used as the substrate, an organosilicon material is formed on one side of the substrate through one-time compound molding, thus the lens or lens array is obtained; by utilizing the good physical and chemical performances of the glass and organosilicon materials, the requirement for long-term outdoor use can be satisfied.
