2013
Understanding a country’s current situation highly depends on the analysis of economic, social and historical transformation of the country. In this sense, understanding the transformation of Russia's economy can be possible with considering the relationship with the transport-logistics line which spread to Asia and almost all of the Europe. Vladivostok Railway Line (Trans-Siberian Railway TSR), connects Moscow with Far East Russia and the Sea of Japan, connecting to Mongolia, Manchuria and North Korea with additional lines, forms basis of the continent's transport and logistics chain. In this study, the contribution of the TSR to the country's social and historical transformation is investigated as well as it’s construction process and economic repercussions that has led the economic and political domination of Russia to dominate the entire geography from Baltic Sea, to the Pacific Ocean
