The invention relates to a waterproof putty powder formula which comprises the following components by weight: 300-450kg of epoxy resin, 90-100kg of zeolite powder, 30-45kg of sodium carbonate, 200-300kg of sodium hydroxide, 130-250kg of graphite, 300-350kg of talcum, 100-150kg of mica, 250-400kg of calcium-magnesium powder, 170-260kg of white cement, 150-300kg of ash-calcium powder, 270-400kg of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 100-240kg of polypropylene cellulose, 160-190kg of wood fibers, 170-230kg of fine particle calcium carbonate and 180-200kg of rubber powder mixtures, wherein the rubber powder mixtures contain NSJF-2A rubber powder and NSJF-4B rubber powder; and based on the percentage of the total weight of the rubber powder mixtures, the ratio of the NSJF-2A rubber powder and the NSJF-4B rubber powder is 35%:65%. The material can be solidified at normal temperature, has high adhesive power with metals and has the advantages of air aging resistance, petroleum medium resistance, castor oil medium resistance, seawater medium resistance and the like.
