The Relation between the Diameter Difference of the Right,Left Wheels and the Axle Temperature

In view of the three hot box accidents in passenger cars in 2006,the diameter difference of the right,left wheels in operation is investigated,the relation between the diameter difference and hot box is analyzed,and suggestion is given on whether the present regulations need revision or not.
