Defrosting method of direct-cooling refrigerator and direct-cooling refrigerator

The embodiment of the invention provides a defrosting method of a direct-cooling refrigerator and the direct-cooling refrigerator. Whether a heater is turned on or not or the time duration for turning on the heater can be selected according to different working conditions of the direct-cooling refrigerator. The defrosting method includes the steps of not turning on the heater when the direct-cooling refrigerator meets the working condition that the working environment temperature of the direct-cooling refrigerator is smaller than a preset environment temperature threshold value, and/or the accumulated door opening time duration of the direct-cooling refrigerator is smaller than a preset time duration threshold value, and/or the temperature in the direct-cooling refrigerator is larger than or equal to a preset indoor temperature threshold value, and controlling the heater to be turned on by different time durations when the direct-cooling refrigerator meets the working condition that the working environment temperature of the direct-cooling refrigerator is larger than or equal to the preset environment temperature threshold value, and/or the accumulated door opening time duration of the direct-cooling refrigerator is larger than or equal to the preset time duration threshold value, and/or the temperature in the direct-cooling refrigerator is smaller than the preset indoor temperature threshold value. The defrosting method is used for defrosting the direct-cooling refrigerator.
