Triterpenoids isolated from the aerial parts of Salvia chinensis
2009
Abstract A new triterpenoid, 2α, 3β, 20β, 23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12, 19 (29)-dien-28-oic acid, together with eight known triterpenoids, was isolated from the aerial parts of Salvia chinensis . Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analyses. The antiproliferative effects and differentiation induction abilities of these compounds were determined in human leukemia HL-60 cells.
