A method and a device for determining a relative coefficient of thermal conductivity of a variable physical component

2014
It is difficult to describe and measure the heat-conducting property of materials or components in the process of temperature-change or unsteady heat conduction in the prior art. To solve the above problem, the invention provides a device for determining a relative coefficient of thermal conductivity of a variable physical component and a method for determining a relative coefficient of thermal conductivity of a variable physical component using the said device. The device comprises: an experiment box, a thermocouple and a multichannel temperature inspection instrument, and the said experiment box is coupled to the said multichannel temperature inspection instrument by the thermocouple, thus forming a loop. The said experiment box consists of a heating plate, a temperature-measuring chamber and an end cover which can be opened and closed and is positioned on one side of the said temperature-measuring chamber, the said temperature-measuring chamber is used to conduct unsteady heat tests, the said temperature-measuring chamber is internally provided with a test component and a standard component, and the said heating plate is used to heat the test component and to simulate a working environment temperature of the test component. The method and device simplify the measurement of thermal conductivity property in principle, make the measurement easy and reliable to operate, and enhance the operability.
