Perioperative Management of Takayasu Arteritis for Cardiac Surgery in a Patient Treated With Tocilizumab

Abstract We describe the case of a young woman with Takayasu arteritis with severe stenosis in the main trunk of the left coronary artery. After administration of prednisolone and tocilizumab to control disease activity, coronary artery bypass grafting was performed.
