Material sample icing condition real-time collecting control system based on second-level cooling mode

2012
A material sample icing condition real-time collecting control system based on a second-level cooling mode comprises a water cooling machine, a semiconductor cooling box body, a controller, a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) camera image collecting system and a personal computer (PC). A water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe of the water cooling machine are correspondingly connected with a water outlet pipe and a water inlet pipe of the semiconductor cooling box body. Leads of an environment temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a wind speed sensor and a barometric pressure sensor of the semiconductor cooling box body are connected with the controller which is in communication with the PC through a universal series bus (USB). The CMOS camera image collecting system is in communication with the PC through a USB. According to the system, accurate control of temperature between 2 DEG C and 10 DEG C and a space of 2 L, real-time monitoring of humidity, twenty-level adjusting and measuring of wind speed of 0-1 m/s, ten-level adjusting of water drop speed of 0-20 muL/s and real-time measuring of barometric pressure can be achieved, icing of a sample smaller than 2 cm * 2 cm, a super-hydrophobic condition and an icing thickness image under corresponding conditions can be acquired through a camera, and parameters such as corresponding icing thickness can be calculated.
