A Study on Light Coupling Effects in Hexagonal Boron Nitride Crystals for Quantum Photonic Designs

We explore the light interaction effects in two-dimensional hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) crystals and device structures at the wavelengths compatible with the defect-related quantum emission. The study paves the way to constructing integrated photonic circuitry based on this emerging quantum material.
