Clinical effect of emergency treatment of hand injury combined with skin flap repair on large area defect of hand

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of emergency treatment of hand injuries combined with skin flap repair on large area defects of hand. Methods Eighty-two patients with hand area defects from January 2016 to May 2017 in the Affiliated Hospital of Datong University were selected. The effects of emergency treatment of hand injuries combined with skin flap repair on large defects in the hand were analyzed. Results A total of 115 flaps were co-transplanted in 82 patients and all survived. After 12 months of follow-up, the hand function was effectively restored. After treatment, the immune function of 82 patients was significantly better than before treatment, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The results showed that the patient’s anti-infective ability was enhanced, and the coagulation function of 82 patients after treatment was significantly better than before treatment, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). It was helpful to promote the repair of hand injuries after treatment. Conclusions The application of hand trauma emergency treatment combined with skin flap repair can achieve satisfactory results, which is beneficial to improve the success of the treatment and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
