The invention relates to a method and apparatus for monitoring turbine blade fracture and rotating shaft jamming faults of an APU. The method for monitoring the turbine blade fracture and rotating shaft jamming faults of the APU comprises the following steps: obtaining APU messages at multiple time points within a time period; according to the APU messages, obtaining operation parameters of the APU, the operation parameters at least comprising starting time STA; calculating an average value AVG of the starting time STA and a deviation index delta within the time period; and according to the deviation index delta, determining that the turbine blade fracture and rotating shaft jamming status of the APU is in a stable phase, a decline phase or a fault phase.
