The aim of the study was to observe the effects of Bificol with regard to restoration of large intestinal microbiocenosis and phagocytic activity in drug-induced dysbiosis models under magnetic field influence. CBA-line mice intestinal dysbiosis models were created and normal flora restoration was performed by Bificol probiotic administration with normal and abnormal values of the magnetic field. Furthermore, assessments of murine mucosal microflora content in the large intestine and functional-metabolic activity of blood neutrophils were made. The character of changes in the mucosal intestinal microflora and functional-metabolic activity of animal phagocytes under the influence of abnormal magnetic field, an antibiotic and Bificol probiotic was shown. In conclusion, there was revealed a distinct clinical and microbiological advantage, as well as a pronounced immunological effect of Bificol, in dysbiosis models under abnormal parameters magnetic field.
