New Model of Analyzing Near-wellbore Effects and Automatic Fitting

2011
Near-well bore effects is one of the most important factors which affects the success or failure of reservoir fracturing measures, however, the calculation of the current near-well bore effects analysis model is too complex and its adaptability is limited to some extent. Based on the mechanism of near-well bore effects, this paper has studied the new computational model of near-well bore effects, and proposed a new mathematical fitting method associating with optimization techniques, which makes the calculation of model easier and more accurate. Its application shows that this new technology is not only suit for the test fracturing of a steady decline mode in displacement but also the normal fracturing of a arbitrary variation mode in displacement. Meanwhile, since it can substitute for the test fracturing of a steady decline mode, this technology will reduce construction links and operating expenses.
