The Relevant Factors of Atrial Fibrillation in Patients with Essential Hypertension

2012
Objective To investigate the relevant clinic factora of atrial fibrillation(AF)in patients with essential hypertension. Methods According to the ECG results,120 hypertension patients were divided into retrospectively analyzed. Results Compared with the Non-AF group, the age of patients was older, the grade of heart function was higher, the LVEF values were lower, the LA diameters were larger, the more patients had prior bmin-embolus histories, and the TG、TC、LDL-C levels were lower in AF group. Conclusion The old age and the larger LA diameters are the risk factors of AF in patients with essential hypertension. When the AF occurs in the patients with hypertension,it will deteriorate the heart function and increase the brain embolus incidence.
