Study on the Temperature Compensation Technology for Piezoelectric Gyro

The temperature zero drift of piezoelectric gyro is one of the key technologies in the practical applications and has significant influence on its engineering application.A method of combining the analog circuit and digital components was used to compensate the temperature zero drift of the piezoelectric gyro.The experimental results showed that the root mean square error of the zero drift of gyro decreased from 1.08(°)/s to 0.07(°)/s within the range of temperature from-40~+60 ℃.
