DEVELOPING APPLICATIONS SNAKES LADDERS GAMES 2 USING JAVA STANDARD EDITION (J2SE).

On Scientific Writing, the author discusses about how to make Snake Ladder Game Applications using J2SE (Java2 Standard Edition). Use of the Java language, because Java has the ability to generate applications that can run on different operating systems, other than that java has a pretty good network capabilities. In this game applications, aim to be among the players can be connected in a network LAN (Local Area Network), the author uses UDP (User Datagram Protocol) as a protocol. Selected UDP (User Datagram Protocol) as a protocol, because this protocol has advantages in terms of speed in delivery of data packets and does not need to first build a relationship of communication with the computer that will be contacted. From this research, writer can conclude that this game can run applications on the network that has a different operating system. In addition, despite using the UDP protocol (User Datagram Protocol), to send data on the game in a network LAN (Local Area Network) can be delivered properl.
