The invention provides internal-combustion ferro-coke pellets/lump ores and a method for manufacturing the same. The product thereof is characterized in that: the product is manufactured by mixing 180-mesh to 250-mesh fine iron powder of dust coke or 180-mesh to 250-mesh fine iron powder and 0.1-2mm dust coke in a weight ratio of 70-90:10-30, then doping 2 to 5 percent of bonding agent and 1 percent of clayey soil or 5 percent of calcium oxide and dolomite in the weight ratio, fully rolling the mixed powder, and performing cold press moulding. The preparation method for the product comprises the following steps: performing cold press moulding on the mixture after mixing the raw materials; and then preparing the moulded mixture into the internal-combustion ferro-coke pellets/lump ores in an internal-combustion high temperature furnace. The method has the advantages of excellently improving the density, porosity, mechanical strength, reductibility and meltability and the like of the internal-combustion ferro-coke pellets/lump ores, increasing the smelting efficiency, reducing the energy consumption and reducing the pollution to environment.
