Elaboration de composites par cuisson rapide : simulation numérique du couplage thermo-chimique

The usual processes to manufacture composites materials (autoclave or RTM) require length cycles of polymerisation. The development and the qualification of an alternative process “out of autoclave” become very important for the manufacturers. Our objective is to study the feasibility of a process “out of autoclave” which allows to decrease the cure cycle for stratified thin composites. The process must to guarantee the mechanical properties of materials. We have developed a numerical model to simulate the process of composite curing which takes into account thermo-kinetic and thermo-mechanical couplings.
