Plate-fin heat exchange component and welding device thereof

The invention relates to a plate-fin heat exchange component and a welding device thereof. The plate-fin heat exchange component is composed of a base tube and a plurality of layers of plate fins welded on the base tube. Each layer of plate fins is formed in the way that twelve plate fins of two height specifications or of the same height specification are spaced by 30 degrees, and accordingly the edge contour of the cross section of the heat exchange component is a regular hexagon or a regular dodecagon. The welding device of the plate-fin heat exchange component is mainly composed of welding hands, a stepping rotary motor and fin servo mechanisms. The plate-fin heat exchange component can achieve longitudinal scouring of smoke, the structure is simple, the welding process is greatly simplified, and the welding efficiency is obviously improved; meanwhile, the plate-fin structure can expand the heated area, so that the heat exchange effect is greatly enhanced; the welding device special for machining the plate-fin heat exchange component is simple in structure, low in cost, reliable to operate, and capable of efficiently welding the plate-fin heat exchange component.
