The optical touch apparatus comprises at least one transmitting device, at least one receiving device and a light transmission layer, wherein the transmitting devices and the receiving devices are positioned below the light transmission layer; each transmitting device comprises a transmission unit and a first reflecting device; each first reflecting device is inclined for a first predetermined angle relative to the light transmission layer; each light transmission unit is used for transmitting rays to the corresponding first reflecting device, the first reflecting device is used for reflecting the rays to the light transmission layer, and the light transmission layer is used for reflecting the rays and transmitting the reflected rays to the receiving devices. According to the optical touch apparatus disclosed by the invention, the utilization ratio of the rays is improved, so that the power consumption of the optical touch apparatus is further reduced.
