PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium plate combining high strength and high moldability applicable to heat exchangers and fuel batteries.SOLUTION: Provided is a titanium plate having a composition containing, by mass, 0.020 to 1.000% Fe and 0.020 to 0.400% O, and the balance titanium with inevitable impurities and having a crystal grain structure of an α phase with an HCP structure, in which the circle equivalent diameter in the crystal grains of the α phase is 20 to 100 μm by the average value and 300 μm or lower by the maximum value, and when, in the directions parallel to the plate surface.
