显微分光光度计法检测非渗透性客体上的血迹陈旧度 Obsolescence Degree of Bloodstain in Non-Porous Object Detected by Micro Spectrophotometer Method

死亡时间的推断一直是公安机关办案的难题,本文利用显微分光光度计法对玻璃、塑料板2种非渗透性客体上10小时与10天内血迹陈旧度进行了色度学的分析,研究血迹的色度与时间的关系,建立血迹陈旧度数学模型,提高血迹陈旧度推断的准确性,从而提高案件侦破的效率,同时作为刑事法庭证据起证明作用。 The paper took advantage of micro spectrophotometer method to analyze the colorimetry of ob-solescence degree for the bloodstain within ten hours and ten days respectively in two kinds of non-porous objects, namely glass and plastic plate. In addition, the paper studied the relationship between the chromaticity of bloodstain and time, and a bloodstain obsolescence degree model was also established in order to help the personnel handling a case to deduce the time of the crime. As the experiment indicated, the researches related to the obsolescence degree of bloodstain could be implemented by the micro spectrophotometer method accurately.
