Alkaline zinc-cobalt alloy electroplating liquid
2013
The invention discloses an alkaline zinc-cobalt alloy electroplating liquid. The alkaline zinc-cobalt alloy electroplating liquid is characterized in that 1000 parts by weight of the liquid comprises, by weight, 7-20 parts of zinc oxide, 130-170 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3-12 parts of cobalt sulfate, 15-25 parts of triethanolamine, 5-10 parts of ammonium citrate, 30-35 parts of tartaric acid, 0.1-0.6 parts of benzylpyridinium carboxylate, 0.1-0.5 parts of sodium phytate, 2-5 parts of dimethylamine, 0.3-0.5 parts of thiourea, 0.02-0.05 parts of heliotropin, and the balance water. Tests carried out by the applicant prove that electroplated products obtained through using the electroplating liquid undergoing a neutral salt mist test for 300h have no white rust. Compared with electroplating liquids in the prior art, the electroplating liquid disclosed in the invention has the advantages of easy control of the alloy component cobalt content, good depth plating and uniform plating capabilities, operating convenience, stability and the like.
