Зондово-микроскопические исследования реанимирующих дислокаций на русле залеченной трещины в кристаллах LiF

The probe microscopic studies on the mainstream healed cracks are conducted. It is shown that the binding energy revives the dislocations in LiF crystals in 4 times less than the conventional one.
