Study on effect of combination of traditional chinese and western medicine on the treatment of hepatitis B by adefovior

Hepatitis B is one of serious infectious diseases in the wold. Most chronical Hepatitis B patients need lifelong time's therapy. Evaluating the efficacy of anti-hepatitis virus infection treatment is very important. This paper uses the multiple linear regression with normalization approach to predict the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine and Adefovior anti-hepatitis B virus infection therapy for poor response and complete response patients. Results showed that based on the patients’ clinic HBV DNA, ALT and HBeAg data collected at the week 24, the multiple linear regression models with normalization are able to predict the poor response and the complete response patients’ outcome half years earlier in more than 90% accuracy
