Audio processors as a learning tool for basic acoustics

Basing on the audio processor Audacity, this paper presents the use of this kind of programs as a so called “hear-and-see” learning tool for basic acoustics. Some activities designed as laboratory experiments, which can be carried out also remotely in a sort of home laboratory, have been already successfully implemented
