Hospitalization beds of medium or high complexity and all the technology that surrounds them will not be enough to control this pandemic if their workforce is not safe, trained and optimized, since the numbers of infected people in our country have not stopped. grow up. Care to prevent infection by nursing professionals who work on the front line to combat COVID-19 should be prioritized, avoiding absenteeism and the risk of society's lack of assistance, as well as the lack of this person within their family / social nature.
