Digitalization Capability Evaluation System and Practice

Nowadays, digital technologies are changing the way we live, spur the digitalization in enterprises. Digital economy and digital transformation become hot spot in research and practice. Current researches showed that both individual and enterprise should enhance the ability to master and utilize new ICT knowledge and skills. In this research, we addressed a Digitalization Capability Evaluation System (DCES) for both individual and enterprise based on Digitalization Capability Curriculum. Meanwhile, the Enterprise Digital Transformation Life Cycle (EDTLC) model is constructed to facilitate the evaluation of Enterprise Digitalization Capability. The prototype applications of DCES are also developed and released the first version online.
